    Where do I find my Offer Letter ID?

    It is printed on your offer letter. Enter it exactly as written.

    I did not receive the OTP.

    Check spam. The OTP goes to the email registered with your internship. You can resend after 60 seconds.

    Money was deducted but I see no certificate.

    Do not pay again. Verify your Offer ID and OTP again. We re-check the payment and generate your certificate automatically.

    Digital or Physical?

    Digital (₹299) is a PDF with online verification. Physical (₹449) adds the printed certificate, offer letter and recommendation letter by post, and includes the digital certificate.

    How can an employer verify my certificate?

    On the public verification page using your Certificate ID, or by uploading the PDF to check it is unmodified.
